Actual on-road metrics may diverge based on real terrain variables, driving modes, total vehicle load, and atmospheric conditions.

04 / Right to Terminate Access

We reserve the structural right to suspend, restrict, or completely terminate your access to the web interface or dynamic reservation system without prior notification if we identify activity that breaches these service standards, exhibits malicious intent, or threatens our cloud security framework.

We reserve the absolute operational right to adjust website layout parameters, swap out technological modules, update design sheets, or amend these service guidelines at any moment to stay compliant with state-level EV mandates and digital regulations.

06 / Indemnification Clause

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zavtra Industries Pvt. Ltd., its corporate directors, engineering teams, and regional dealership networks from any claims, losses, or systemic liabilities arising out of your misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, or breach of proprietary digital laws.
